For over 20 years, F&A have provided commercial MEP services to organisations across a huge variety of industries and sectors. We have worked with SMEs and blue-chip companies managing entire mechanical and electrical projects from start to finish.

F&A are no run-of-the-mill MEP services contractor. We like to think of ourselves as workplace engineers. We work with some of the leading fit-out and construction contractors in the UK to seamlessly integrate building services and create phenomenal workplaces.

Our Journey So Far

F&A was established in 1992 in a small office in Gypsy Hill, London. Within a short period of time we had outgrown our Gypsy Hill HQ and relocated to new offices in Herne Hill to accommodate our 2 pre-contract managers and 5 project managers.

F&A continued to enjoy steady growth following the successful delivery of an increasing number of projects. Demand grew for our services and we had to expand the team to meet the demand. There was only one problem; our office in Herne Hill could not house our growing team so we were on the move again.

In 2007, we moved to our current premises but this time, it was custom built to accommodate 5 pre-contract managers, 8 contract managers, a 5 person administration team, as well as our in-house Computer Aided Design (CAD) team. Since 2007 we have grown significantly both in team size and experience.

We have a highly skilled team of in-house engineers, who regularly receive training to remain at the forefront of engineering. Being at the cutting-edge of technology and equipping our team with the resources we can provide you with the best possible service.
